1. Delivery Timelines

We strive to get your Arvella essentials to you as quickly as possible.

  • Greater Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days.

  • Alexandria & Delta: 3–5 business days.

  • Other Governorates: 5–7 business days.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. Shipping Rates

  • Orders over 3500 EGP: Complimentary (Free) Shipping.

  • Orders below 3500 EGP: A flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with your tracking details. Our courier partner will contact you on the day of delivery to ensure you are available to receive your package.

4. Important Delivery Notes

  • Delivery Attempts: Our couriers will make up to two attempts to deliver your package. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

  • Inspection: For your peace of mind, we encourage you to inspect the exterior of the package upon arrival. If the packaging appears significantly damaged, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Payment on Delivery: We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Egypt. Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier.

Returns & Exchanges

As per the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact.
